At Spinnaker Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seafaring timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
